Non-congruent alternate interior angles


These noodles are an example of a non-congruent alternate interior angle. Alternate interior angles are pairs of angles on opposite sides of the transversal but inside the two lines. Angle 1 and 2 (outlined in green) are not congruent because there on opposite side of each other. If they were on the same side they would be congruent. Noodles are dough made of wheat, flour, and water that are molded into a variety of shapes and boiled. Noodles are made in households and restaurants all around the world. I took this image on my Iphone at my house.

  1. That is not correct because alternate exterior angles are where the angles are on the opposite side AND END of the transversal so 1 and 2 are a linear pair and not alternate interior angles so do not listen to this
